What type of services does T.H.E Salon offer?
At T.H.E. Salon, we offer a wide range of services, including, but not limited to, haircuts, color services, chemical services, styling, and hair health treatments.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
T.H.E Salon accepts all major credit cards, Apple/Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and cash. We do not use Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal to conduct business. We can use the card on file that you provide during booking, or you can use a different card upon arrival and utilize our card reader. EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO PAY WITH CASH, all clients are required to have a reliable card on file that can be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Does T.H.E Salon offer services for children?
Children that are able to sit and practice bodily autonomy are welcome to be serviced at T.H.E Salon. However, please be advised that this is not a salon FOR children. We do not offer children's pricing or offer discounts on services performed on children. Be aware that the salon space is very small and that there are things there that may be within reach of small children at any point in time, including glass, chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects. A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment, no exceptions.
Am I allowed to bring my children, cousins, siblings, etc. to my appointment?
Yes! There is additional seating in the hallways adjacent to T.H.E Salon, as well as an additional seat inside the suite. As far as children go, please read my previous response and act accordingly.
Do you take deposits or charge late fees?
Total Hair Experience Salon does not charge late fees, but we do only allow a 15–20-minute grace period for late appointments. Within those 20 minutes, the salon will attempt to contact you twice, once via text and once via phone call. After 20 minutes and no contact, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the card on file will be charged our 30% Cancellation fee. Deposits are only required for Consultations, Service Packages, Service & Product Packages, each one varies and will be charged to the card on file. Deposits go towards the balance of your service and are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Total Hair Experience Salon strives to be understanding of our guests and values their time and the way that they choose to spend their money. That being said, we offer each guest a ONE TIME cancellation, free of charge. After the first cancellation, our Cancellation/No- Show policy will be enforced each time moving forward. T.H.E Salon charges a 30% cancellation fee regardless of the service or package booked. That fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards your next service. Rescheduling an appointment on the same day that a service is booked is still considered a cancellation, thus the cancellation policy will still be enforced. All clients have a full 24 hours before their appointment date and time to cancel or reschedule an appointment (i.e. 3PM Jan.1 until 3PM Jan.2). Anything done outside of that time period is considered a cancellation/no-show and the salon's policy will be enforced. After 2 last minute cancellations, you will be blocked from booking at T.H.E Salon.
Does T.H.E Salon do natural hair?
Absolutely! Clients with any hair texture are more than welcome inside the doors of T.H.E Salon.
Am I required to leave a tip?
No! Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. I appreciate your visit all the same.
