Introducing the all-new Monthly Membership Program from Total Hair Experience Salon! This pre-paid service program was designed with our clients in mind every step of the way and this page will give you the run down on all of it's features. Let's take a look!

What is the MMP?

The Monthly Membership Program, or MMP, is a subscription style styling and hair maintenance program, designed for guests who desire weekly or bi-weekly standing appointments, struggle with at home care, and, most importantly, want to save money!

Why is this a better option?

The MMP ensures that you can keep your hair and scalp clean and healthy with regular salon visits, utilizing top quality products. Even if you like to DIY your own styles, this program can help with other issues, like removing buildup by clarifying or helping add much needed hydration.

Who is this program for?

This program is for any client of any texture. We have a variety of options benefitting a wide range of client preferences, so that you can choose the one that suits you the most.

What are all of the different options?

Option A- 1 Weekly Shampoo & Blow Dry ONLY (45 minutes, NO THERMAL STYLING)- Ideal for guests with excessively oily or flaky scalp, guests who prefer to do their own thermal styles or none at all, or guests with braids. Guests can leave with the hair loose, in a loose ponytail, or in 1-2 braids.

Option B- 3 Shampoo, Blow Dry, and Styles (1hr 15mins)- Ideal for guests who only require/desire LIGHT thermal styling or setting with an iron, a wash & go style for curls, or flat twists/cornrows for a more defined afro style!

Option C- Bi-Weekly Silk Press (1ht 45mins)- Ideal for guests with naturally curly or kinky hair that prefer to wear their hair straight or with loose curls or waves.

Option D- Bi-weekly Twists or Braids (2hrs 15mins)- Ideal for female or male clients that love to wear their hair in loose two strand twists or braids, precision cornrows or twists to be worn uncovered, or straight back cornrows to be worn under a wig. No extensions of any kind may be added to these styles.

Are there any additional Benefits to this?

Yes! MMP members will have access to priority booking, as well as specialty pricing on all other services offered at T.H.E Salon.

How much does it cost?

The MMP is a once monthly payment of $150, no matter which service option you choose. The program is month-to-month, so it is NOT mandatory to renew. If you feel that you are no benefitting from the program, feel free to reach out to me to cancel and settle any remaining services.

Are there any other stipulations around the program?

The Membership is a monthly payment of $150, no more no less. However, the membership itself ONLY covers the services listed. No haircuts, no color, etc. If you'd like to add any additional services, you will have to add them during your monthly consultation and discuss pricing with your stylist.

Memberships are NOT transferable, meaning that it only covers YOU and you cannot bring someone else in place of your appointment.

The MMP can only be booked in person via consultation. Clients must sign a waiver stating that they understand all of the stipulations and their first month's appointments will be booked at that time. If your guest form is not filled out completely prior to booking, the appointment will be rejected, and you will have to rebook. When booking an MMP consultation, simply type "MMP- Option A/B/C/D" into your guest form so that I know and can block out the appropriate amount of consultation time.

Clients are NOT required to choose the same services every month, BUT they are not allowed to change their services mid-appointment.

We kindly request that you provide the same 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment/appointments that you would with any other service. The cancelation fee for MMP members is a flat $30, but no call/no shows will be charged $45 to the card on file and may be subject to a booking ban.

If you'd like to terminate your member ship for any reason, we do require a 14 day notice. Any unused services will be forfeited and any unused funds will be prorated.
